Apple CarPlay Retrofit in Leicester

We are based in Leicester and fit wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto to supercars and prestige cars, working mobile across Leicestershire, down to London and throughout the UK. Every Apple CarPlay retrofit is carried out at the car, wherever it is kept.

Our work is on cars that never had CarPlay from the factory: Ferrari, Lamborghini, McLaren, Porsche, Rolls-Royce, Bentley and Mercedes-AMG. CarPlay runs through the original screen and the original controls. The loom plugs into the factory connectors, no wiring is cut or spliced and the whole thing can be undone at any time.

We come to the car

Every installation is mobile. We fit at your home, your office or your storage facility, so the car stays where it is. For Leicester and the surrounding towns, Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough, Hinckley and Lutterworth among them, there is no travel charge worth mentioning. Further afield, travel is 60p per mile from Leicester on the round trip. Most of our work takes us down the M1 towards London and international visits can be arranged and quoted in advance.

  • Ferrari: 458, 488, F8, F12, 812, California, Roma, Portofino and GTC4Lusso
  • Lamborghini: Aventador and Huracán by retrofit, Urus by coding
  • Rolls-Royce: CCC, CIC and NBT systems in Phantom, Ghost, Wraith and Dawn
  • Porsche: PCM 3.0, 3.1 and CDR-31 by retrofit, PCM 4.0 by coding
  • Mercedes-Benz: COMAND NTG 3.0 to 5.5 and the SLS touchscreen upgrade
  • Bentley: MIB 3 cars by retrofit or coding and the circa 2014 Continental GT and Flying Spur head units

Tracking and immobilisation

In the same visit we can fit Thatcham-approved SmarTrack and MetaTrak trackers and immobilisers. The SmarTrack S7 tracks the car; the S5 D-iD adds driver identification against relay and key theft; the S5+ iMob adds immobilisation, so with no tag present the car will not start. All are monitored around the clock by the Global Telemetrics Secure Control Centre, with the monitoring subscription quoted separately.

Warranty

An 18-month hardware warranty covers everything we supply, whoever fits it. Self-installs and third-party fits are covered on the same terms once we have the fitting form and photographs of the connections and mounting location.
