McLaren 675LT Apple CarPlay

The Long Tail treatment stripped weight out of the 675LT almost everywhere — thinner glass, carbon shells, no carpet in places. What it did not do was modernise the infotainment, so a 675LT still has the same portrait screen as its siblings and still has no Apple CarPlay.

This retrofit adds wireless CarPlay and Android Auto to that screen without touching the character of the car. The loom is vehicle-specific and plugs in; nothing is cut, and it is fully reversible — which matters more on a 675LT than on most cars, given only 500 coupes and 500 Spiders were built.

Keeping an LT original

We fit these with the reversibility a collector would want. There is no visible modification and no trim left marked, and the car can be returned to entirely standard specification if you ever need it to be. Original audio, reverse camera and steering wheel controls all continue to work.

Kit only or supply and fit

Take the kit for your own installer, or we will come to the car. Given what a 675LT is worth and how much of the interior has to come apart, we would strongly suggest the latter.
