Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto for the Rolls-Royce Phantom built from 2006 to 2012, the cars with the CCC system and its 7-inch display. This Rolls-Royce Phantom Apple CarPlay retrofit is specific to CCC; the later CIC and NBT cars are covered by their own listings.
The Phantom's infotainment is BMW iDrive underneath, so the interface connects behind the head unit with a vehicle-specific plug-and-play loom. The rotary controller and the steering-wheel buttons continue to work as they did.
Which system do I have?
The retrofit differs for each of the three iDrive generations. CCC is the Phantom of 2006 to 2012 with the 7-inch screen, which is this listing. CIC arrived with the Ghost of 2010 to 2014 and the Phantom of 2013 to 2016, on a 10.25-inch screen. NBT followed from 2014, first in the Wraith and then in the Ghost, Dawn and Phantom, also on a 10.25-inch screen. If the year does not settle it, send us a photograph of the screen and the controller and we will identify it. NBT EVO and later cars are covered on enquiry.
What changes and what stays
CarPlay and Android Auto appear on the factory 7-inch screen. The original audio sources are unaffected. The loom plugs into the existing factory connectors, so no wiring is cut or spliced and if the car ever needs to go back to standard the kit unplugs and leaves no trace.
Price and fitting
The price shown is supply and fit. We fit at your home, office or storage facility anywhere in the UK; travel is charged at 60p per mile on the round trip from Leicester. International visits can be arranged and are quoted in advance. Kit-only supply is available on enquiry.
Everything comes with an 18-month hardware warranty. Send us the year of the car and a photograph of the screen and we will confirm which kit it needs.
