The Thinkware U1000 Pro 2CH is a two-channel dash cam with a 4K UHD front camera, a 2K rear camera, built-in GPS and a 64GB microSD card. It suits drivers who want the number plate detail of 4K at the front with high resolution rear coverage, plus cloud features and a hardwire lead in the box. Super Night Vision 3.0 with DOL HDR improves night footage.

Frequently asked questions
Does the U1000 Pro 2CH come with a hardwire kit?
Yes. The hardwire fitting cable is in the box, so both cameras can be wired for parking mode from day one.
Does the U1000 Pro work without the cloud features?
Yes. Recording, GPS and parking mode all work on their own. The Thinkware Connected cloud features need an internet connection through a smartphone hotspot or Wi-Fi dongle in the car, plus a registered account.
Can I record 4K front and rear at the same time?
The front records 4K at 30fps or 2K at 60fps while the rear camera records alongside it. You choose the front mode in the settings.
Fitting and installation
Fitting is not included. Installation prices vary, please enquire for more information if you require installation. 12K Retrofits can supply and fit this dash cam, with the wiring hidden and the camera hardwired for parking mode where supported.
