The SmarTrack S5+ iMob Tracker & Immobiliser is the top of the SmarTrack range: Thatcham S5 tracking with Driver Identification, plus an immobiliser that will not let the engine start unless an authorised tag is present. It is monitored 24 hours a day by the Global Telemetrics Secure Control Centre. The price of £799.99 includes fitting.
The S5 D-iD reports a theft as it happens. The S5+ iMob is there to stop it starting. With no tag in the car the engine does not start, so a relayed key signal on its own gets a thief nowhere. If the vehicle is taken, it can be immobilised remotely at Police request and a backup battery keeps the tracker reporting if the vehicle supply is cut.

Where it sits in the range
The S7 tracks the vehicle. The S5 D-iD adds Driver Identification. The S5+ iMob adds immobilisation, so the car cannot be driven away in the first place. For a supercar that spends its nights on a driveway, it is the unit we would suggest.
Installation and monitoring
We install the system at your home, office or storage facility, anywhere in the UK. Travel is charged at 60p per mile from Leicester on the round trip. The Global Telemetrics monitoring subscription is a requirement of the system and is quoted separately. If your insurer has specified a category or a particular product, send us the wording before you order and we will confirm it is met.
