S7 or S5?
The difference is driver identification. S7 tracks the vehicle. S5 adds Driver ID, so the system knows whether an authorised driver is present and raises an alert if the car moves without one — which is what defends against key theft and relay attacks. Many insurers specify S5 on higher-value vehicles.
