Send the model and year, with a photograph of the current screen if you have one, and we will confirm the exact specification, a fixed price and a fitting date. Most enquiries are answered the same day, and a message often reaches us faster than a call.
Travel Cost is the mileage charge for mobile fitting: wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto retrofits and tracker installations carried out at your home, office or storage facility rather than at a workshop. We travel from Leicester and charge £0.60 per mile, calculated on the total round trip.
When you book a fitting through the shop, add this item to your basket and enter the round-trip mileage as the quantity. If you are 40 miles from Leicester, the round trip is 80 miles, so the quantity is 80 and the travel comes to £48. The charge covers our time on the road, fuel and expenses.
How far we go
Anywhere in the UK, at the same rate wherever you are. Most of our work is along the corridor between Leicester and London. In Leicester itself and the towns around it (Loughborough, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough, Hinckley, Lutterworth) the mileage is small enough that the charge is hardly worth mentioning.
Visits outside the UK are by arrangement. We quote and agree the travel in advance, so please get in touch before ordering. The fitting option in the shop is for UK addresses only; kit-only orders ship worldwide.
